internet fast: just to mench: I wrote "Worcester as an Average" quickly, a rapid evocation of something that had built up. I immediately posted it to Wryting, as is my wont. Halvard Johnson wrote within 20 minutes of my beginning to type the poem, asking to publish it. (this is not a common occurrence for me, but anyway). think of Dickinson, Clare, Blake able to dash so boldly into sight. it does not mean that the public would be ready, as training for Dickinson, and Blake, seems to have been needed, but the process would not have been left to a possibly entrenched editorial concern. think of possibility.
Hamilton Stone Review, edited by Halvard Johnson. A poem of mine, concerned with Worcester, Mass, sits prose-like to be viewed. other poems by other marvellers. a poem is a collection of word-like conveyances that produces the sensation of word-like conveyance.
